Shipping policy

All orders will be confirmed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding pre-ordered items. Pre-ordered items will ship within 3 to 5 days of estimated ship date as listed in the item description. If your order has not been shipped, or you did not receive tracking please contact aloescloset@gmail.com.
